Day Trips or Holidays with Your Horse
Chenhale Farm offers a quiet location with easy access for horseboxes. We are just 4 miles from the north coast surf beaches and 8 miles from Falmouth on the south coast.
Come on holiday to Cornwall and bring your Horse !. We offer easy parking if you just wan't to visit for a day and ride on the fantastic network of trails through spectacular heritage countryside.
If you want to stay longer you can book a stay here in a caravan, camper, tent or horsebox. We have guest stables for your horse and facilities including toilets, shower and electric hook-ups. If you want more comfort we have a self contained holiday chalet or there's a large Guest House about 100yds away.
It's not just for horsey folk. You can park or stay here to cycle or walk the trails, or use us as a base for exploring Cornwall at your leisure.
There is a fantastic network of tracks and paths (The Mining Trails) which offers miles of off-road walking, riding and cycling from coast to coast though some of Cornwall's most spectacular heritage scenery and it passes just a few yards from our entrance !
A short ride to the hilltop behind our village, almost entirely off road, takes you to a viewpoint where you can see both coasts at the same time, from Falmouth in the south to St Agnes in the North.
We are at one end of Carharrack village which has a shop, a pub and a Chinese takeaway within a few minutes walk from the farm. Fresh eggs and other seasonal supplies are available straight from the farm.
Please note that dogs are not allowed under any circumstances.
